The AV Spelshoulder Pro is a one size fits all chest harness for caving. This is the harness that I use.

Specs
  • 38mm comfortable chest straps, each adjustable by a double loop.
  • Two webbing loops and 4 sheathed gear loops for hanging small caving equipment (wrench, etc...) or lanyards.
  • The ventral ascender is held by direct adjustment from  a narrow strap.
