The wire splicing needle is made from a single strand of Dyform wire, and an Excel Racing loop for a handle. These "puller" wire fids are the prefect tool for many situations like very small diameter dinghy ropes such as excel control, excel racing and excel D12. Also great for tapering Fusion and Matrix.
