This rope was developed in cooperation with big-wall legend Tommy Caldwell. A genuine workhorse with a particularly abrasion-resistant sheath construction. Noone knows this better than big-wall legend and EDELRID ambassador Tommy Caldwell, with whom we developed this rope. The aim of this collaboration was to develop a rope that is not only extremely robust and abrasion resistant but also light and easy to handle. It also needed to be produced in a sustainable manner that conserves resources. After initially causing our developers major headaches, these stipulations were ultimately met to perfection in the form of the TOMMY CALDWELL ECO DRY CT 9.3 MM.
