The Ech22 hanger has been designed and tested for caving expeditions and canyoning expeditions. Unlike AS hangers, 5mm dyneema, 5.5mm technora and 7mm accessory cords can be used. The 10.2mm hole allows for the use of 8mm and 10mm bolts and screws. The Ech22 has been tested to over 15kN. It weighs only 10g! English instruction manual and Spanish instruction manual.
These hangers are NOT certified by any organization or laboratory. They are not designed for rock climbing or any dynamic loading scenario. You must do your own analysis to determine if these hangers are safe and appropriate for your needs. Standard M8 bolts for Spits are too short, you must use an M8x25mm.
